• Lawyer specialized in debt collection and civil enforcement. Registered lawyer nº. 2648 of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Las Palmas, in professional practice since 1997. Provides high-level legal support to management agencies and property managers seeking to reduce delinquency and efficiently enforce their claims. 

• For more than 12 years, he has focused primarily on judicial debt recovery and proceedings related to horizontal property, continuously acting in the legal defense of homeowners’ associations and in the handling of payment order proceedings and civil enforcement procedures.

• He practices in his own law firm in San Fernando de Maspalomas, from where he regularly collaborates with homeowners’ associations and property management professionals in the legal handling of cases arising from community arrears and other issues related to horizontal property.
